Refund policy

Every shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size notes on each product before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? We've got you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, reach out and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: orders go to print fast. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
